Set within 5-acres and commanding spectacular views across open farmland towards Bamburgh Castle and the sea as a backdrop, nestles Bellshill Bothy. Constructed in 2019 with every effort and thought to ensure holidaymakers enjoy a relaxing retreat, this fantastic property is simply divine. The exterior is wrapped in cedar, giving it a naturally warm and rustic feel. The spacious entrance leads to a large open plan living space where there is a kitchen, dining and additional living areas. Equipped with high quality integral appliances the kitchen is sleek and contemporary. There are full height sliding patio doors on two sides of the living space affording magnificent views and enhancing its bright and airy ambience. A wood burner ensures this room will be a cosy retreat regardless of the season.

There is an additional living room on the ground floor, and is an idyllic place in which to relax and retreat where once again the views can be admired. A double bedroom and a shower room are conveniently on the ground floor. On this first floor the gable end is filled with 4 metre high glass, and where the focal point of the view draws the eye directly to Bamburgh Castle! The other two double bedrooms are on the first floor, both have the luxury of separate dressing areas, an en-suite bathroom and fabulous, far reaching views.

The sweeping driveway up to Bellshill Bothy provides ample parking for up to a dozen cars. A pergola perched on the patio area is an idyllic spot to dine al fresco and enjoy sitting outdoors and watching children at play and teh spectacular sun rises and sun sets. Enjoy exploring the woodland directly behind Bellshill Bothy. Although Bellshill Bothy offers a rural retreat with a huge amount of privacy, it is also situated only a few miles from Belford where there is a small shop, pubs and a tearoom. The welcoming small town of Wooler sits at the foot of the Cheviot Hills around 10 miles inland, and the picture perfect coastal village of Bamburgh is only 5 miles east, with its dramatic fortress that can be seen from the property. The Georgian market town of Berwick-upon-Tweed is 20 miles away as is the historic market town of Alnwick, making Bellshill Bothy an excellent base to explore this beautiful part of North Northumberland. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

The Bothy is no smoking and sadly pets cannot be accommodated.
